HOW TO PLAY
Step 1
Allocate each pair of Auskickers a colour. When you say “Go”, pairs run to their colour cone, perform five handballs to each other, then the player without the ball picks up the cone and runs it back to where they started.
Step 2
Auskickers then perform another five handballs and once again someone collects the cone, runs it to their starting position and returns. Pairs race to see which team can collect their coloured cones first.

Scatter the cones throughout the playing area and have pairs stand on the edge of the square with a football between them.
VARIATION 1
Try having pairs collect cones of any colour, provided they don’t collect the same colour twice in a row.
VARIATION 2
Try using different types of balls.
VARIATION 3
Get Auskickers to try handballing with their alternate hand.
