What to Expect at Senior Football
Playing the game of Australian football brings with it many benefits. Due to the nature of the game, the main benefits gained from playing are heightened physical fitness, improved hand-eye coordination and communication skills required when playing as a team.
Playing in a team is a unique bond participants share. It is through this bond that players experience teamwork, strong mateship and a sense of comradery.

Where Can I Play Senior Football

What is Senior Womens Football?
Many girls prefer to play Australian Football in single gender environments, and where possible we recommend girls over age 10 do so. However, should your daughter prefer to play in mixed-gender team or competition they are permitted to do so until age 14.
