Club Coach Coordinators

The Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) is one of the most impactful roles a club can implement to enhance player enjoyment, development, retention, and recruitment.

  • More than just a support role, the CCC helps:
  • Guide and mentor coaches across all age groups
  • Foster a positive game day environment
  • Strengthen club culture
  • Improve coaching standards and consistency

By investing in this role, clubs can ensure coaches feel supported, connected, and aligned with club values and expectations.

AFL Queensland encourages all clubs to consider appointing a Club Coach Coordinator.

Below are resources, videos, and links to help clubs establish and run the role effectively.
