Start and manage your match-day responsibilities in PlayHQ quickly. These are the most common actions you'll need before and during a game.

If you haven't done so already, complete your registration as a Team Manager, Coach, Official, Medical Officer or Volunteer through PlayHQ. Learn here how to select the right role, add participant details and finalise your registration.

Access the eScoring login to start a scoring session, allowing scorers to record match activity live in PlayHQ.

Learn how to select line-ups and assign player positions for your team, helping ensure match data is accurate before game day.

Ensure the venue name exactly matches the name listed in the PlayHQ fixture.

Start an e-scoring session for the venue and date, download and take over scoring, then open the match menu (top left) and select Reset Game.

View the My Teams overview, providing a summary of your teams, fixtures, and key details to help manage participation in PlayHQ.

Frequently Asked Questions

WWCC details can be added through a Volunteer Registration in PlayHQ. This may not be mandatory for certain professions.

To access eScoring in the PlayHQ app, you must:

  • Be eligible to score matches based on your assigned role.
  • Be affiliated with the organisation responsible for the match.
  • Have scoring permissions for the relevant competition and grade, as configured by the Association. 

If you don't see the "Score Game" option in the app, contact your club or competition administrator to confirm your access and permissions.
