• Strong technical and tactical knowledge of modern football.

• Commitment to player development across all levels.
• Ability to recruit players to contribute to the long-term success and culture of the club.
• Current Level 2 Coaching accreditation or willingness to achieve.

Commitment Requirements

At least one evening training session per week

Match‑day coaching:
