The Northern Beaches Blues are based in Woolgoolga playing in the North Coast AFL competition.
Well credentialed Head Coach to strategically rebuild and attract players to undertake the 2025 NBB Men’s A-grade AFL season in the AFL North Coast competition including the leadership, development and team strategy of the Senior Men’s club. 

The position includes oversight of the Men’s Reserves team and Youth Boys U18s team as players progress through the ranks. Renumeration negotiable.

The Brisbane Valley Rattlers are on the lokoing to appoint 2026 Senior and Assistant Coaches. 

Reporting to the Executive Committee, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication qualities in the development and progression of new and existing players.

Key coaching objectives include:

1. Development of a football strategy and deployment in support of the Clubs potential growth.

2. A leading role in player retention, player recruitment and skills development,

3. Relationship management with internal and external Club stakeholders,

4. Enforce a strict behavioural code for player management.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• The desire and drive for personal and team success, with a focus to lead the Club into higher divisions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership and communication in driving the culture of the players, support staff and the Club generally.

• Robust technical and strategic knowledge of Australian Rules Football, ability to development game plans, training techniques and player skills to support objectives.

• Think clearly and solve problems in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to identify and recruit new players and officials to the Club, including support staff as required.

• An outgoing personality, engaging with members, sponsors, and local media to promote the Club and its brand.

• Commit and assist with the development of our junior players and ability to work with and support our junior’s coaches, including attend junior's games and training.

• Attend all Club functions.

• Current AFL Coaching Accreditation (or ability to obtain).

• Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).

• Be prepared to be fully committed to the position.

A vacancy has arisen on our Under 18 Girls' team coaching panel for 2025. A great opportunity to be part of our high performing women's footy program. In recent years, we have won 3 senior Division 1 premierships and have had 3 players drafted to the AFLW.

University High School Amateur Football Club is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coaches to join our coaching team for both our Seniors and Reserves squads.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Coach, you will:

- Provide Leadership and Innovation: Inspire players with innovative strategies and a commitment to growth, both on and off the field.
- Contribute to Selection Processes: Actively participate in a fair and transparent player selection process as a member of the Selection Committee.
- Develop Players: Help players improve their skills, physical attributes, football IQ, and personal growth.
- Oversee Specific Lines/Focus Areas: Lead and manage one of the key lines (Backline, Midfield, Forward) or a designated focus area.
-Deliver Feedback: Provide regular, constructive feedback to individuals and groups to drive development and performance.

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with club stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to work both collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to identify and develop talent at the club.
- Experience in planning and delivering training sessions and game strategies.
Commitment to attend training sessions, match committee meetings, and matches, including preseason.

The Fitzroy Football Club (incorporating the Fitzroy Reds) is aiming to have eight teams (three women's and five men's teams) competing in the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
We are based at the iconic Brunswick Street Oval, North Fitzroy and have a strong relationship with the Fitzroy Junior Football Club providing a great pathway for the continued building and future of the club.

This will be our fifth season of a Men’s Development Thirds team which has played in Premier Thirds since 2022. This is a development squad providing an opportunity for players to bridge the gap between U19 and senior football, as well as enabling players to continue to build and develop their football skills, this team allows players to continue to play and enjoy football.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in being able to build on and develop a young list, to work with the Senior coaching team and have the ability to build and develop relationships.
Prior coaching experience required. You are expected to have current coach accreditation or prepared to complete Essentials Coaching before the season commences.

Requirements for applicants are:
• Previous coaching experience.
• Strong communication skills both on and off field.
• To provide leadership and innovation as well as game day coaching expertise and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working within a coaching group.
• Demonstrated experience at building and maintaining relationships with key club stakeholders.
