As such we welcome expressions of interest from those with varied coaching experience, you may be looking to hone your craft, or your experience may see you be able to help mentor our developing coaches, as well as players. Where not held, a commitment to obtaining level 2 accreditation is desirable.

Tweed Coolangatta are seeking expressions of interest for U/17 girls head coaching role for the 2025 season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a training schedule and game day strategy for the team.
  • Deliver consistent application of standards to improve our players development individually and collectively.
  • Good understanding of AFL/ SEQ Juniors league rules, policies and procedures for the U/17 girls age group.
  • A hands on approach to player recruitment and retention.
  • Work in alignment with our club committee to deliver the best outcome for our clubs exciting playing list.
  • Collaborate with our senior women’s coaches to facilitate the transition for our players onto our senior playing roster in the future.
  • Hold or obtain Level 1 coaching accreditation prior to commencement.

Tweed Coolangatta junior AFL club Under 17 boys head coach for 2025 season. Head coach will be required to implement a game plan and training standards for the team. Great communication skills and good understanding of SEQ juniors rules and policies are required.

Tweed Coolangatta junior AFL club requires a head coach with a strong background in football to lead our under 17 boys team in 2025. The head coach will be responsible for delivering consistent application to training standards and a game plan to deliver the best outcome for the team. The club has an exciting playing list, and a there is a lot enthusiasm for the upcoming season from the players and the club.

The head coach will correspond with mens senior coach Pearce Hanley to facilitate the boys to transition to senior football in years to come. The Kenmore Bears Senior Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for Senior Women’s Coach in Season 2025.

We pride ourselves on being a community-based club with a great culture that draws players from all over Brisbane. We are seeking high quality individuals to join our Coaching group and Football department. Coaches who bring a passion for the game and have an ability to relate to and develop our players as people and as footballers. Kenmore is committed to providing a clear pathway for the development of good footballers and better people, in an open, fun, and honest environment that welcomes players of all abilities.

All applicants will require a strong desire for the growth of the Women’s team and passion to learn and develop with this group. Kenmore has strong links with Kenmore Juniors football club and the schools in the area with all girls age groups having strong numbers that continue to grow. We have recently completed fantastic new change room facilities at Chelmer that will allow our Football program to evolve and grow.

The successful applications will be provided with support from the Committee, access to our Sports Trainer’s and Physio’s and established S&C programs.

The successful applicants will be able to assist in the Club’s Football and Coaching strategies, implement a game plan effectively, communicate effectively and have great interpersonal skills to work alongside everyone at the club.

The successful applicants will also have the following:

  • Minimum AFL Level 1 accreditation (or willing to complete the course asap)
  • Passion for AFL and development of players
  • Blue card accreditation

The Carrara Saints Junior Football Club are seeking applications for a Junior and Youth Coaching Coordinator for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment with a development-based mindset to nurture our junior and youth coaches, guiding them on their journey, assisting them in delivering the AFLQ Junior and youth curriculum and help to deliver quality grassroots football programs.

Successful Candidates will need to demonstrate:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a coaching role and program. The role includes a healthy budget for success, support from a dedicated Female Football Manager and Board Members, the opportunity to connect with our QAFL mens coaches and program.

Maroochydore Roo’s are seeking coaches for our 2025 program.

Maroochydore Roo’s is an established women’s program since 2016. Initially affiliated with the QWAFA Division, have been competing in the state league QAFLW competition from 2018.

Following on from its successful centenary year, Mayne AFC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced, talented and passionate coaching staff to join our club.

Mayne Tigers AFC is one of SEQ oldest and successful clubs in the Queensland Football Association, being founded in 1924, we are looking to accept expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates or the following roles:

  • Women’s Coach for Division 2 North
  • Men’s Reserve Grade Coaching staff Division 1
  • Men’s Friday Night Competition Assistant / Co Coaches Division 4

Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record, be suitably qualified (minimum of level 1 coaching) and a willingness to work with Mayne’s football departments which also includes third party Strength and Conditioning programs plus liaising with the club’s general committee to develop and deliver high quality community football.

Former or current players who would be interested in developing their coaching skills (despite not having qualification or experience) are also encouraged to make their interest known, as the club places a high level of benefit promoting and developing from within the playing group.

The club is open to expressions of interest that may involve playing coach and or co-coaching roles.

You will be running training drills each week, developing training plans and will have input into our game plan and structure.

Part of our Coaching groups success is being adaptable and open to change to help our players get the best out of themselves. Our player’s development is our priority, which is why we have had enormous player retention & recruitment over the past three years. You are joining a Senior Women’s team that has played off in 2 Grand Finals (Premiership in 2023) & a Preliminary Final in the last three years in Division 1.
