This Standard Player Declaration is established under Section 5 of the National Community Football Policy Handbook (‘the Policy Handbook’). It is to be used where a Club and Player enter into an arrangement in relation to the Player’s participation at the Club. A Club must provide a copy of a Player’s current Standard Player Declaration upon request by a Controlling Body or State Football Body.
