Coach Registration and Accreditation Pathway Guide

Coach Registration and Accreditation Pathway Guide

The AFL launched a modernised National Coach Accreditation Framework in 2025, designed to transform how coaches learn, grow, and gain recognition.

This new approach promotes continuous learning and development, helping coaches enhance their skills to support all participants - whether they're new to the game, playing socially, or competing at a higher level.

Coaches can now progress through four levels of accreditation - Registered, Bronze, Silver, and Gold - using a flexible, points-based system.
