Elevate Coaching Course (Formerly Level 2 Course)
Elevate Workshops have replaced the traditional Level 2 course and offer a fresh, flexible way for coaches to grow their skills and earn accreditation points.
Each workshop is built around three key coaching themes:
- The Coaching Environment
- Coaching at Training
- Coaching the Game
Each face-to-face workshop is two hours long and can be offered as a Junior/Youth, Senior or General course. Alternatively, Elevate Bundles are also facilitated to complete all 3 workshops in a single day.
Coaches have the flexibility to attend one, multiple, or all sessions based on their needs or areas of interest for further development. However, all three Elevate workshop completed are a pre-requisite for any Advanced Coaching Course.
From late 2025, AFL Queensland is offering clubs the opportunity to host these high-quality coaching development sessions on-site for their coaching teams.
