The Cazalys Northern Territory Talent Academy is excited to announce the 2025 Under 18 Male Squad.
The squad of 50 featured players were all born in 2006 or later, with six players set to turn 19 later this year. Notably, the squad includes one underage player, 15-year-old Hugo Timms from PINT, who was named the TIO NTFL Under 14 Lew Fatt Best and Fairest in 2024.
The squad boasts an impressive lineup, including 14 nominees for the NT News Rising Star in the TIO Northern Territory Football League (NTFL), as well as Tyreece Forbes, the 2024 TIO Central Australian Football League (CAFL) Rising Star winner.
Taj Murray, a member of the 2025 Marsh AFL National Academy, will again join Kalen Russell—both of whom played in the 2024 Marsh AFL National Futures match.
Additionally, the roster showcases a strong representation of emerging talent from across the Territory, with players hailing from Katherine, Tiwi Islands, Tennant Creek, and Arnhem Land.
The squad will begin preparations on Wednesday 29 January 2025 in anticipation of their first scheduled clash in the Coates Talent League, set for early May.
