The AFL has announced the 2025 Marsh AFL National Championships U18 Boys All Australian Team, with nine Victorians named as some of the best in the country.

Willem Duursma (Victoria Country) and Oliver Greeves (Victoria Metro) were also awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) medal for their respective team for their performance across the entire National Championships carnival.

Other team MVPs included Lachlan Carmichael (Allies) and Fred Rodriguez (Western Australia), with all MVPs named in the All Australian team.

The Victorians named in the All Australian team are:

  • Harry Dean - Lavington/Murray Bushrangers
  • Willem Duursma - Foster/Gippsland Power
  • Josh Lindsay - Newtown & Chilwell/Geelong Falcons
  • Jesse Mellor - Geelong West/Geelong Falcons
  • Riley Onley - Shepparton United/Murray Bushrangers
  • Cooper Duff-Tytler - Woodend-Hesket/Calder Cannons
  • Lachy Dovaston - Blackburn/Eastern Ranges
  • Oliver Greeves - Vermont/Eastern Ranges
  • Adam Sweid - Pascoe Vale/Calder Cannons

    The All Australian Team and Larke Medal voting panel comprised Kevin Sheehan (AFL Talent Ambassador – Chair), Paul Hamilton (AFL National Talent Development & Competitions Manager), Tarkyn Lockyer (AFL National Academy Manager) and AFL club representatives Rhy Gieschen (Richmond), Michael Jordan (St Kilda), John Giramondo (Sydney Swans), Duane Massey (West Coast Eagles) and Luke Williams (Western Bulldogs).

LARKE MEDAL (COMPETITION BEST AND FAIREST)
1st: Dyson Sharp (South Australia) – 18 votes
2nd: Daniel Annable (Allies) and Oliver Greeves (Victoria Metro) – 17 votes
4th: Aidan Schubert (South Australia) – 12 votes
5th: Josh Lindsay (Victoria Country) and Riley Onley (Victoria Country) – 10 votes

HUNTER HARRISON MEDAL
The Hunter Harrison Medal is presented to the best player in the Academy Series, which involves non-Victorian Academy teams competing in the Coates Talent League in the lead up to selection for the Allies.

This year's Hunter Harrison Medal winner was Taj Murray of the Northern Territory Academy.

The team MVP winners were selected by the coaching staff of each program.
