PLAY HER WAY

A fun, welcoming after-school footy experience designed for girls.

Whether you’ve played before or it’s your very first time, you’ll feel right at home. As Australia's leading participation programs, NAB AFL Auskick & NAB AFL Superkick help kids build confidence, connections, and a sense of belonging.

Lets Play!

Over four fun-filled weeks, girls will have the opportunity to learn new footy skills, stay active after school and be part of a welcoming team environment designed just for them.

No matter their experience level, participants will take part in engaging games and activities tailored to their age and ability, with a focus on building confidence, making friends and having fun along the way.

Footy is more fun with friends.

That's why this girls-only after-school program has been designed to help girls make connections, build confidence and discover a love for the game in a fun and welcoming environment. Whether you're completely new to footy or already love being active, you'll learn new skills, create great memories and be part of a team where every girl feels supported, included and empowered to give it a go.

Because when girls feel they belong, amazing things happen!

What you can expect

The program is non-contact, inclusive and supported by dedicated Women & Girls staff, creating an environment where every girl feels comfortable giving footy a go.

Families will receive important program information before the first session, and participants will receive their program pack before or at the beginning of the program.

For many girls, this is just the beginning of their AFL journey, with opportunities to continue playing through Auskick, Superkick and local community football pathways!

Fun, friendship and unforgettable experiences await.

From exclusive experiences to new friendships and unforgettable memories, there's plenty to look forward to when you sign up. Here's everything included in your girls-only footy experience.

  • Four weeks of fun and footy!
  • Exclusive Sydney Swans scrunchie.
  • AFLW half-time match-day experience.
  • A welcoming girls-only environment.
  • New friendships and lasting memories.
  • Opportunities to build confidence and learn new skills.

FOR THE PARENTS

This program is designed to make it easy for your child to get involved in football in a way that feels comfortable, fun, and supportive.

Delivered after school, at your child’s school, sessions are structured to be engaging and low-pressure, giving girls the chance to try something new without the commitment of a full-season program.

Our experienced coaches focus on creating a positive, inclusive environment where every participant is encouraged to join in, learn at their own pace and enjoy being part of the group.

It’s a simple way for your child to stay active, build confidence and explore footy — all in a safe and familiar setting.
