The North West Football League is thrilled to announce its inaugural Premier League Fixture.

Featuring eight northwestern Tasmanian teams, with East Devonport returning to the league, the 2025 season promises exciting match ups and a return to regional football for fans.

The 16 round home and away season begins on Saturday April 12 with Circular Head, Burnie, Latrobe and Penguin all hosting in round 1.

The full fixture can be viewed here.

NWFL league president Garry Carpenter said it’s an exciting time for footy on the northwest coast.

“There are some exciting match ups to kick off round one as well as some bumper games to mark the Anzac Day long weekend.”

“This new Premier League structure will showcase more of our talent, enabling players to get their names out there and share in the limelight.”

Two representative games are on the docket for the NWFL Premier League, the first will see the best of the north west face the NTFA on May 24, and one against SFL on the North-West Coast on the June long weekend.

Finals will commence in August with the grand final set for September 20.
