The redevelopment included a total refurbishment of the grandstand, associated player, umpire and spectator facilities incorporating modular design into the existing grandstand structure, an upgrade of the playing surface to AFL standard and lights to 500 lux.

The development of a new, two-storey building includes a gymnasium, club rooms, meeting rooms, gender neutral change rooms, function space, dining areas and commercial kitchen.

Created 3 new ovals in addition to brand-new, gender-neutral player and umpire change rooms, 200+ lux playing field lighting on two of the three ovals along with adequate car parking and volunteer facilities.
