The 2025 Marsh AFL National Development Championships – U16 Boys All Australian Team features players from nine teams, including eight Victorian boys and the Victoria Metro Head Coach Ash Close.

Pool A title winner Victoria Metro has five representatives in the side, including Kevin Sheehan Medal winner Baxter Sruk, while Max Thompson was awarded the team MVP medal for Victoria Country.

Five Victoria Metro players have been named in the side alongside their coach:

  • Tevita Rodan - Aberfeldie/Calder Cannons
  • Jake Miller - Yarraville Seddon Eagles/Western Jets
  • Koby Bewick - Strathmore/Calder Cannons
  • Harper McCullough - Beaconsfield/Oakleigh Chargers
  • Baxter Sruk - Rowville Hawks/Eastern Ranges (Kevin Sheehan Medal winner)
  • COACH: Ash Close - Oakleigh Chargers

Victoria Country had three players selected for the All Australian team:

  • Louis Salopek - Frankston Dolphins/Dandenong Stingrays
  • Tom Steinfort - South Melbourne Districts/Geelong Falcons
  • Max Thompson - Nyah Nyah West/Bendigo Pioneers

The All Australian Team features three father-son prospects, including Tevita Rodan (son of David) and Louis Salopek (son of Steven) who are both eligible to Port Adelaide, and Koby Bewick (son of Darren) who is eligible to Essendon.
