The Victorian Blind Football League (VBFL) season will come to a close this Saturday with the 2025 VBFL Grand Final.

The Grand Final will see minor premiers St Kilda take on Hawthorn at 10:30am on Saturday 2 August at Game On Indoor Sports Centre, Tullamarine.

St Kilda have been the standout club in the league and qualifed for the Grand Final by finishing a top of the VBFL Ladder at the end of the season, whilst Hawthorn at times required some individual brilliance of their key players Cebby Johnson and Andrew Close to win matches throughout the season. Hawthorn finished second on the ladder and defeated Port Melbourne in last week's Semi Final to book their spot in the final match of the season.

On Saturday, Hawthorn will be led by captain Neb Brewer Maiga and are looking to secure a three-peat with victories in 2023 and 2024. St Kilda's side will be led by their spearhead forward and captain Shannon Jones, with their last premiership in 2021.

St Kilda's outstanding midfielders in Beau Jones and Jasper Steeds have been crucial for the Saints successful season to date but they will come up against Hawthorn’s Ned – Brewer Maiga and Steve Obeid in a mouth watering battle.
