The brand-new AFL Play North West Mini League is coming to the Coast early next year!
Kicking off with a short pre-season in March 2026, the 10-week competition for Under 10 boys and girls as well as Under 12 girls gets underway on Sunday afternoons in Term 2.
It’s all the excitement of local footy – without the pressure!
For those in the East, games will be played in Latrobe, East Devonport, Devonport, Ulverstone and East Ulverstone
And for those out West, games will be played in Penguin, Burnie, Somerset, Wynyard and Circular Head.
The Mini League focuses on fun and inclusiveness while giving young players real match-day experiences, the opportunity to represent their club and play other teams.
It’s a great introduction to club footy, creating a clear pathway and transition into community football for boys and girls.
Registrations are now open and are Ticket to Play eligible, all registrations include an AFL Play shirt!
