A beautiful sunny day greeted the AFL Sydney Western Sydney Junior Grand Finals at Bensons Lane on Sunday 25th August. It all came down to that day – 17 games of junior football to decide the premiers for Season 2019 from Under 11s to Under 18 Youth Girls.

With games running all day across four fields, there were great games of football everywhere you looked. Each team treated all of the spectators in attendance to excellent displays of teamwork and flashes of individual brilliance.

Congratulations to all teams who not only played on Sunday but also throughout the regular season. To the coaches, volunteers, parents and families who each week give up their time to get the teams out onto the park thank you for your support. To the club volunteers who supported all of the teams, you have all done a fantastic effort and junior football would not happen without you. To the umpires, thank you for officiating all of our games throughout the season.
