Head of AFL Queensland and International Trisha Squires congratulated the Lions on a third straight Grand Final appearance.
“The Lions are the pride of Brisbane and we want everyone in the city to have the opportunity to love and connect with our game during this monumental week,” she said.
“We will have a range of free activities for families to get involved with our game, before hosting a Toyota AFL Grand Final Watch Party at New Farm Park on Saturday, live and free on Channel 7 and 7plus.
“Whether you are a seasoned fan, or new to our game, AFL is for everyone and we have something for you this week.”
The Brisbane Lions will play Geelong in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final on Saturday 27 September at 2:30pm at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
