As our Participation & Programs Manager, you’ll lead the team driving Auskick, school programs, junior football growth, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across Southern Tasmania. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that has you out in the field working alongside your team, volunteers, and educators to deliver high‑quality programs, while also partnering with club and school leaders to unlock strategic opportunities to grow football in the region. It’s all about impact, energy, and shaping the next generation of footy in Southern Tasmania.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership capability, a passion for community sport, and an education or participation background is highly advantageous.
