NAB AFL Superkick School Footy Programs
Where classmates become teammates
School footy programs bring classmates together for 50-minutes of games, movement and plenty of opportunities to get involved. There's more time playing, more chances to have a go and plenty of moments to share with friends from school.
Held before or after school, sessions fit naturally around the school day, slotting easily into the routines families already have in place. Meanwhile, kids get another opportunity to be active, build confidence and collect a few well-earned grass stains along the way.
One session a week. Plenty to look forward to
Every session is packed with games, movement and plenty of chances to get involved. Some weeks they'll come home talking about the big mark they took, the game they couldn't stop playing or the new friend they teamed up with. Other times it's the funny moment everyone was laughing about, muddy knees or the story they're still telling at dinner.
Delivered by AFL staff, sessions are designed to keep kids active, engaged and involved from the first whistle to the last, with something new to enjoy each week.
The excitement starts before the first session
Registration includes a pack to help kids feel part of the action from day one. For many, the excitement starts when their pack arrives, giving them something to talk about at home and another reason to count down the days until the first session.
Pack inclusions may vary by program and season.
All-girls groups
There's something special about being part of a group that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. Girls-only groups create opportunities to connect, play, build confidence and share the experience with other girls.
Week after week, those connections often become just as important as the activity itself, giving girls another reason to come back, have a go and get involved.
