Always loved a thorough stretch!
What is the best advice you received as a player and from who?
My coach in my Phelan medal winning season was always tough on me and never gave me much credit - annoying at the time but made me keep fighting which helped me play well.
What would be one piece of advice for young players coming into AFL Sydney?
Enjoy the club and hanging out with your mates.
