WorkSafe has been proudly supporting AFL Victoria Country Football since 2002, and they understand that community sport is vital to our health and wellbeing, unites us and provides a place to come together as a local community.
The TAC and AFL Victoria have partnered together for over thirty years, working to achieve the vision of no deaths or serious injuries on our roads. We are moving towards a future where every journey is a safe one.

We’re committed to supporting the Love the Game's program to help increase community awareness about the risks associated with gambling and protect children from sports betting promotions.
Celebrating the state’s rich cultural diversity, the Unity Cup program brings together a host of different multicultural communities through the vehicle of Australian Rules football.
AFL Victoria, in partnership with our exclusive goal post partner PILA, are pleased to offer the Goal Post Kick-start Subsidy Program.
The subsidy program is extended to all Victorian football clubs and/or affiliations, including schools and councils, as approved by AFL Victoria. The program will run annually over 2 years giving applicants the ability to apply for a $1000 subsidy.
Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS VIC) is the Official Recycling Partner of AFL Victoria.
Local football clubs across the state can now raise funds and become more sustainable through the AFL Victoria and CDS VIC partnership.
Community Policies - VIC
AFL Victoria has developed the Community Club Sustainability Program providing tools to educate administrators, and particular players, about the impact that match-payments and player demands have on the viability of grassroots clubs.
Designed in conjunction with the Player Points System, the Player Payment Framework has been developed to support and grow Australian Football at a community level by focusing on achieving evenly matched competitions and financially viable clubs.
