SEQ Inclusion League

The AFL SEQ Inclusion League supports men and women aged 16+ living with disability or needing extra assistance to play. Current clubs: Carrara Saints, Moorooka Roosters, Noosa Tigers and Redcliffe Tigers.

AFL Wheelchair

AFL Wheelchair is an adapted format designed for participants who use a wheelchair or who would like to take part in a wheelchair sport. The QLD Wheelchair Football League currently features five teams: the Beenleigh Buffaloes, Mt Gravatt Vultures, Morningside Panthers, Ormeau Bulldogs, and Redcliffe Tigers.

AFL Open

The Toyota AFL Open Inclusion division is a representative competition for participants aged 16+ with intellectual impairments. It allows Australia’s top footballers to represent their State or Territory, while showcasing their significant abilities to the broader community.

Participation Programs - Disability Inclusion

The AFL provides a full pathway of participation opportunities for ages 5 and above, designed to be structured, engaging, and genuinely inclusive of participants living with disability. Whether taking their first kicks in NAB AFL Auskick, developing skills in NAB AFL Superkick, or getting active through our in-school programs, all participants are supported to experience and enjoy our game.
